This service is usually completed in 2-3 days, but we give 5 to allow for any issues. This service includes the hardware diagnostics, wipe down, nine stage virus removal, windows updates, registry clean, anti-virus check and unwanted software removal plus any issues you need looked at.
3 business day turnaround. This service includes the same servicing items as our Standard Service, however you jump the queue. For when you require your service completed slightly quicker.
1 business day turnaround. Must be before 12pm for a 5pm the next day finish. This service is not a complete service unlike our Standard and Priority Service. Firstly you will be looked after immediately, where we do the hardware diagnostics, virus checks and then address your specific issue. If fixed before the deadline we perform the rest of the service.

We attempt, with data recovery software, to retrieve lost or deleted files to copy to either a computer or hard drive.

9-Stage Virus, Trojan, Root-Kit, Malware Removal
Making sure you are on the latest version of Windows and that the drivers are up to date.
Removing software that is not necessary or freeware.
Removing redundant items such as files of already removed software and leftover shortcuts.
Firstly, checking if there is an Anti-Virus product installed, and if so, making sure active and up to date.
Addressing any specific or ongoing issues you may have. For example, emails not working correctly.
